Ive been lifting for 5 yrs. I did not get an actual routine until the second year. I work out 5 times a week but I feel like I’m not progressing I want big biceps and it’s just not happening. I finally convinced my sister to workout with me two months and she’s progressing beautifully. But I’m sad for myself.

I’m at 3.5 years of consistent lifting and just now seeing drastic results, the only thing I changed was I do the same exercises every week and I make sure my nutrition is on point

I go to the gym with my boyfriend. We follow the same split, have same macro proportion goals, he's progressing on upper body so much faster than me, however on lower I progress much more faster than him. It's just how it works eh, seeing hints of biceps definitely took me longer, than feeling like my jeans around to bust around my quads.
