@janelleferra: I really thought today was gonna be sunscreen, tanning, and pretending I couldn’t hear my kids fighting over the sprinkler. Then every neighbor within a 3 mile radius started grilling 😭 The second that carne asada smell hit the backyard it was OVER. Suddenly I’m in slides and a messy bun speed-walking through the carnicería grabbing marinated chicken, tortillas, salsa, chips, and things I definitely did not need.
