aqueous cream is really good and can be used as a bath soap as well. if you find it works them starts to not work change to another product for a while. kawakawa balm or tallo cream is an excellent t natural products but can be brought in nz unsure about Australia.

Hey , my son is 16 months and was dribbling from 2 months until about 13-14months mum 2 mum bibs were great highly recommend. But he also has severe eczema I’ve tried all the creams body washes and diets for him no dairy and watching what he eats nothing has helped . He has a bleach bath 1-2 times a week followed by a steroid cream 1-2 times a week and applying bepanthen and liquid paraffin all over on days we don’t use steroid creams , I also use the paraffin as often as I can during the day to stop the skin getting dry . I don’t use any soap on him and I use a sensitive liquid for his clothes and using only 100% cotton for a lot of his clothes . It’s a lot of work but it definitely does help , if you have any questions please message me I’d be more then happy to help
