To people who say u gave someone decaf instead of regular that’s actually kinda funny but never do the opposite, some people have actual health reasons for ordering decaf and it can trigger a medical event if u give them caffeine instead of decaf

As someone who believes in karma if I was rude to somebody and they did this to me, then I would understand exactly why it happened. People can be mad at the comments, but she didn’t spit in anybody’s drink or do something actually horrendous.

When I had to deal with rude clients, I don’t take it personally, I become even more polite. It’s can be interesting when they ring up my company to complain, but also mention how polite I was.😀😀🤪

I think people forget that it’s a good idea to be as nice as possible to anyone providing you a service. As a bartender I’ll give half shots or less to rude customers so we save money and they get less drunk
