My daughter has braces and can’t eat it off the cob right now so this is perfect for us. We still get the fresh corn and the rest of us just eat it off the cob!

Only thing I’m saying is to be sure and NOT throw that cob away until you scrape all that juice off it. The juice is the best part in creme corn. Just a FYI..🙂

All these people saying to just buy canned corn! 😫 Fresh corn doesn't taste anything like canned corn. My family has eaten fresh corn at every dinner for the whole month of August for generations. We often sauté it with zucchini and onions, or make elote bowls, & I can my own corn relish, so this would be helpful!

I set my corn straight up and down and hold it and cut down around the cob with my big kitchen knife 4-5 swipes and done .. same thing
