Parachute Regiment twenty five years and I was within a stone’s throw away from Pristina airport.Our Brigade commander Adrian Freer was having discussions with his Russian counterpart twenty five metres away. He initially concluded that the best option for us was to remain on the perimeter of the airport that same evening.As talks escalated it was Jackson that overruled American influence thus making a decision that completely changed the probable outcome.He is simply over exaggerating his brief military career no different than Kelly Holmes banging on about the Physical Training Corps.😂
