What is your method for instant pot yogurt? And what type of milk/yogurt starter do you use? I love the instant pot method but my pot can never get the milk to 180 degrees and then it doesn’t set well.

Using ultra pasteurized milk really isn’t great, try to find some A2 or low temp pasteurized local organic grass fed cream top glass bottles milk near you
