@channelnewsasia: A man was seen riding and doing a "Superman" pose on a personal mobility device (PMD) along Keppel Road on Saturday (May 23) at a speed faster than other vehicles on the road. Instagram user @rainforeyuxen, who recorded the incident, added that there were also two to three other PMD users going at around the same speed. #sgnews #singapore
