First shot, ok, maybe, but from there on he was “incapacitated”. No fire arm, so no threat of being injured at that distance. No sense for follow up shots.

This went from trespassing which he could of told him to leave, but the Officer instigated the issue further then it had to be and publicly executed him, even while running the man possessed no threat yet he kept shooting him, we need better schooling for our police force.
