@hopecrosby_eatss: Five guys smash burgers & chips Fakeaway favourites - episode 3 Ingredients: 300g 5% mince meat 2 brioche burger buns 1 onion 2 large potatoes - seasoned in salt pepper & chicken seasoning 4 tbsp burger sauce 4 cheese slices 1 tbsp butter - Slice the onion, and add to an oiled pan. Fry off until soft and browned, keep stirring so no bits burn - around 15/20 minutes - Combine the mince meat and portion into 4 balls. Add to an oiled pan and smash as thin as possible, then fry off for 7 minutes until cooked through and browned. Add the cheese on top of each burger, take off the heat and pop the lid on to melt. - Chop the potatoes into chips, add to the airfryer and coat in oil, and season. Cook on 180 for 30 minutes - no need to parboil. - Butter the buns and add to the airfryer for 5 minutes to golden. Layer up as shown in the video, wrap the burgers in foil and place back into the airfryer for 5 minutes! - Add some shredded lettuce on after they’re done & serve with the crispy fries
