I started using the ScreenZen app. I set it up to have 10 minutes of TikTok for every 1000 steps I have during the day ! It helps so much 😂

I've had my drum kit for 6 years now and I haven't progressed. Obviously not completely down to my phone as life is hectic in between work and being a single parent I get tired but the phone is definitely an element to the lack of sitting down at the drums and forcing myself to learn.
