Anna_Za_Author 📚 :

should build more factories or parks or offices rather than this , atleast those create jobs or are better for recreational activities

sy2948479393 :

Don’t understand mall culture. Why don’t we have more museums, libraries, exhibition spaces etc?

Ked :

We want third space for community. Public parks with lake and big trees are good. Buat la mcm central park ke

Yo mama JOHN BROWN! :

on the side of having enough shopping malls, we don't have a huge ass convention centre. MiTEC doesn't count. sucks to get to. We don't have a convention centre that is at least built for 70k people in mind. Comic Fiesta at KLCC convention centre been fun having a park but that place was not made to handle more than 10k people. This year lagi jam lah habis

Mizwar Mukhlis :

They are trying to build Jaya Grocer in Sungai Petani here, while many shoplots are still vacant

Pretty lady, 😘🤩 :

well ... people who are going to become business owners and sell stuff, they are happy. so will builders, construction workers, plumbers electricians, accountants, finance people. people who need to earn a living are thankful.

they generate lots of money from the mall itself as long as it still functioning. whoever the owner are, sunway, wct and etc. thats why they would continue construct malls. its like those are "pots of gold". as far as i know

We also have way too many malls in the Philippines. What we do need more of there are public parks and public libraries.
