From what i understand the gearshift would never go into park simply because Makenzie never pressed on the brakes. Even if Davion managed to press the button to shift it. But i may be wrong

There is nothing to defend btw. Always drivers fault. They are responsible for any mechanical damage or issues, need to be 100% sure a car is safe to drive and need to drive safely

OK guys I’m not trying to defend her but she does wear her seatbelt but whenever she’s making videos, she puts it behind her back so it doesn’t look bad or weird. Like I’m not trying to defend her or anything, but I’m just saying she always had it on. She just hit it so it didn’t look so weird. But after the video she put it back on right.
