My Question is,did that fight happen before humans were created or after? Because the Bible said everything was created before humans, which means the devil was created before humans. So when did the fight or the war happen before the devil was thrown out from heaven to the earth

You're arguing against something the verse never says. Genesis 3:14 doesn't say snakes are the only animals that crawl on their bellies. It simply says the serpent would go on its belly as part of its judgment. The serpent was being cursed alone for its actions.The existence of snails, worms, or other crawling creatures doesn't contradict that. Because the curse came after creation not before creation. The question is supposed to be what specie of snake was that and what was its original nature before the curse came.
