this is why "write ups" are pointless. they do not actually change crap employee behavior. they simply create needless paperwork. any employee who gets one verbal warning about lateness & is late again should be fired.

Anyone who has ever worked in food service knows that if someone doesn’t show up or shows up late you’re stuck with extra prep work or waiting too many tables or closing when you were supposed to go home etc. Other jobs aren’t like that 😂😭

I am 42 years old. And the sight of someone holding a folder while saying. yeah it's okay. just unlocked a trauma response in me LOL. did anyone else see that and immediately get sent back to a job where they f***** up and it was most decidedly not okay?
