@thekelseyrhae: I only knew restriction. Eat less. Move more. Lift heavier. Eventually… it became impossible to sustain. The truth is, women were never designed to live in constant stress, restriction, and pressure. It backfires in the long run. We need a sustainable system that works WITH our bodies… through our monthly cycle, hormones, stress, busy schedules, motherhood, all of it. Days 1–5 of your cycle are usually when intermittent f***ing feels the easiest and can work WITH your body instead of against it. The rest of the month? You should be fueling your body WELL. I weighed 125 and was nothing but bones and depressed and sad I've been chunky and been sad I've been in the middle I've been at 175 I've but you are absolutely right you got to balance it and find what works for you but it is possible but whoever opens comment section says no you're not alone and we all been there as a woman
