@bakewaresuppliesuganda: VANILLA CUPCAKE RECIPE INGREDIENTS 4 cups flour 6 eggs 250g butter 2 cups sugar (you can reduce) 4 Tsp baking powder 2 cups buttermilk 2 Tsp vanilla essence 4 Tsp vegetable oil A pinch of salt PREPARATION Beat butter and sugar together until it becomes light and fluffy. Add in eggs one at a time & mixing well. Add veg oil and essence and mix well. Add cake flour and baking powder sifted together alternating with the buttermilk. Pour the batter into the cupcake liners and bake at 170ºC for about 25-30mins or until a toothpick inserted in the centre comes out clean. Allow to cool completely before frosting.
