@AKW Chess: FACT CHECK: mainstream advice is as follows: 1) moderate consumption of eggs when eaten as part of a health low saturated fat diet has no significant risk regarding blood cholesterol. 2) no mainstream health advice advocate for alcohol consumption at all, there is no safe limit and uk health advice is to not drink alcohol at all. 3) Red meat is usually higher in saturated fats, this is a proven contributor to heart disease and arterial blockage. this is correct and should be followed 4) uk health advice doesn't advocate for breakfast cereal, infact they specifically state that processed foods intake should be minimized in a healthy diet. 5) uk health advice is to reduce saturated fat intake and beef dripping is high in saturated fats. this is correct and should be followed. 6) seed oils such as extra virgin rapeseed oil are lower in saturated fats, higher in health omega oils and have a higher smoke point making them a healthier choice than animal fats when frying food. 7) no health professional ever, let alone official dietary health guidance has ever advocated for McDonalds. 8) butchers can be good value for money but it's advised to get low fat mince from the butcher to avoid excessive saturated fat consumption.
