@remarkableworks: #Ad This yard was a mess. It wasn’t easy, and it took a few trips to RONA, but I hit up the Pro-Desk to figure out a better way to do this horizontal skirting without any seams. The RONA expert suggested deck boards since they come in longer lengths than fence boards, so I grabbed those and started installing as soon as I got home. I stapled hardware cloth to keep critters out, then had a friend help rip out the grass because that’s way more work than it looks like on the internet. We dropped cardboard to stop weeds from coming up through the barrier and then threw in an endless amount of mulch. If you’re starting a project like this, you’re going to need way more mulch than you think. We did the best with what we had, but we’re already on our way back to RONA for more material. #BuildItRONA @rona.en
