Death penalty is NOT a good idea. People have been found guilty for horrific crimes they never committed and sometimes cases can take 20+ years for someone to be acquitted of a crime they never committed with some people not living long enough to see that day.

Death penalty for things like touching a child is good in theory but but in practice it doesn’t work and it’s just pro formative. All it does is make it harder for victims to come forward and will cause more predators to never even see trial

to many powerful people would use this to to punish people who didnt do the crimes... if the files showed me anything... its that even with mountains of videos , pictures, emails, etc etc... evil makes its own rules.
