My fiance has been a groomsmen many times. It never bothered me when he walked in/exits the ceremony with another women/bridesmaid. BUT! It does bother me when we can't sit together at dinner. Especially when I get placed at a table with people I don't know and I maybe know 3 people max at the event.

Nah if I was having a wedding I’d just let the bridesmaids and bridesmen be with their partner, no point in forcing people in a relationship to sit apart and risk unhappy guests. And it’s still “my day” if I want to make other people happy not just myself🤷🏻♀️even if I didn’t know them well I just think it’s the obvious thing to do

Just sharing my personal experience and I’m sure it’s a rare one but— my ex of 8 years was being a lil extra with the woman he had to pair up with and I mentioned it when we got home. He was so defensive and denied it so hard. Welp. He was dating her a couple weeks after we broke up and had a baby with her FAST. So yeah. Pardon me for this traumatizing me 😭
