No one ever says "I could train my replacement" after putting in a 2 week notice. Also, no company would call a former employee to fix a problem. Literally everything about this video is an imaginary fake situation that never happens in real life in order to make companies look bad.

I don't know why anybody gives anybody two weeks notice anymore the company would never give you two weeks notice that they were going to fire you.

I was a part time manager at a retail store. Store manager got fired. My last 8/12 months working there I was full time. The full time manager quit. I asked for a promotion to be the full time manager because I’ve been full time for 8 months. I was told I wasn’t “deserving” of it. The $1 raise to do the same thing I’ve been doing. So I quit. Store closed 6 months later.

@Kaitlyn: I left a company because they denied me $4 an hour raise. I was moving positions because that person was leaving so she trained me her last two week for me to go into her role and that role normally if not replaced by an internal hire would be paid more then what my position was at the time. So I asked for $4 and hour. They said no. I quit 3 months later. Couldn’t find a replacement for me for 4 months. In the mean time my store manager and regional manager got fired.

I did something very similar to this! First couple times they called I went back thinking they would offer to hire me back. Third time they called I told them I started a consulting business and charged $250hr. They paid!!
