@stephengpope: Most people learning to vibe code are building the wrong thing. They jump in and build traditional SaaS apps. Dashboards. The same software that's existed for 20 years. That stuff can be built in seconds now. And nobody's asking for it. Traditional software is built around a user interface. The whole point of the UI is to make it easier for a person to do the work. So you build feature after feature, button after button, screen after screen. It's brutal to build, and harder to build something people actually like using. Agentic software flips that. It revolves around a chat. You don't build every feature one by one. You just ask the app to do the thing. Delete all these files. Pull these five schools into my notes. Rewrite that section. Done. No interface, no menus, no clicking around. The mistake is thinking people want software that makes the work easier. They don't. They want software that does the work for them. That's the shift. Build agent-first, where everything revolves around the agent, not another dashboard nobody asked for.
