Instructions:
Chicken:
ā1. Cook chicken on BBQ rotating regularly and basting with Gymkhana sauce until cooked through
ā2. Break chicken down and add lemon juiceĀ
Naans:
ā3. In a jug, stir together the yeast, warm water, and sugar. Leave for 5ā10 minutes so the yeast activates and blooms.
ā4. While the yeast is activating, combine the flour and salt in a large mixing bowl.
ā5. Pour the yeast mixture into the flour mixture and add the melted butter/oil and yogurt. Bring everything together into a dough. Tip the dough onto a clean surface and knead until smooth
ā6. If the dough seems too tough, add a little water (if it seems sticky, add a little flour)
ā7. Leave the dough to rest for 20ā60 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare the garlic butter ingredients by mixing all the garlic butter ingredients together.
ā8. Once the dough has rested, split it into four pieces. Take one piece and spread it out on the surface and add cheese and pinch and roll into balls.Ā
ā9. Heat a large pan over medium heat. Once hot, place one naan into the pan and cook for roughly 2 minutes. Flip the naan and after 30 seconds apply the garlic butter using the back of a spoon or a brush. Flip again and apply more butter to the other side.
10. Remove the naan from the pan and repeat with the remaining dough. Serve while hot

11. Thinly slice the red onion and place into a bowl or jar. Mix together: white vinegar, warm water, sugar, saltĀ
12. Chop up garnish ingredientsĀ
13. Assemble wrap with GymKhana green chutney sauce, chicken pieces and chopped garnish
