Real question: do you feel like you get sick less because of these habits. I’m not trying to say the thoughts aren’t troublesome to your life, I just grew up getting sick a lot and am now on my own and would like to start some habits to avoid that.

I can’t use the gas station paper towels because somehow the wind blew the germs from the pump handle to the paper towels so they’re already contaminated 🤢

The person that loaded my groceries from the pick up had a sore throat and I couldn’t think of anything else the whole way home but the germs in my trunk. 😅

Disney World with a 4yo and almost 2yo is actually exposure therapy for me (I am not doing okay) I bought everyone in my group Mickey hand sanitizers and travel packs of Clorox wipes 😅

WHY ARE YOU IN MY HEAD 😭😭😭 I use my sleeve or jacket to open outward doors, Lysol wipes in car, every bag, every room, and a separate box of gloves for the car for gas 😭😭😭
