@socalminh: Teaching my son how to build wealth before he turns 18 with covered calls. Here’s the 101. There are 4 things every Covered Call investor needs to understand: 1️⃣ Cost Basis What you paid for the stock. 2️⃣ Strike Price The price you're willing to sell the stock for. 3️⃣ Premium The income you collect for giving someone the option to buy your shares. 4️⃣ Expiration Date The deadline when the option contract ends. That's it. Most beginners make Covered Calls sound complicated because they use fancy words. In reality, if you understand these 4 numbers, you understand the foundation of the strategy. Every trade we make comes back to these four components. Before Enzo learns advanced topics like rolling positions, defending trades, and managing pullbacks, he needs to master the basics. The goal isn't to become a trader. The goal is to understand how assets can generate cash flow. If you want to learn the foundation of our Covered Call strategy, I teach a free class every Saturday at 9AM Pacific: https://www.skool.com/wall-street-landlord-1577/welcome-future-landlords?p=7087a48d Follow @SoCalMinh to learn with us as we document the journey. #foryoupage #finance #kids #millionaire #dad
Interesting approach, hopefully these are stocks you don’t care if wind up being sold when on the way up

This is what I mean when I say "explain it like I'm 5". I've learned a lot, but some people just zip through knowledge they've acquired and see as "easy"
