To anyone struggling with rambling- Start with this! If anyone asks what you’ve been up to keep it at a minimum and don’t give more details than necessary. Say “I’ve been doing good, just working trying to get by like everyone else- nothing new.” Versus “I’ve been working on this project, I’m trying to get a new car, I’m trying to apply to some jobs” don’t give them ANYTHING to work with! Next thing you know that person you rambled to is applying to the job you talked about, they’re buying that car you wanted, or they’ll start chasing the same dream you are! I don’t tell anyone my next moves, people are too jealous 😩🤍 If they start digging deep for answers don’t be afraid to remove yourself, not everyone deserves access to you! (Sorry to the creator for commenting twice, I made a typo the first time!💗)

Nah I use to naturally be this way and it’s pretty isolating and stops you from connecting with people. There’s no bio pic at the end of this life, tell everyone everything (with certain restrictions ofc lol). Get it all out of your head. Never be embarrassed.

I realized that telling people things that I’m pursuing/things that I have achieved is rarely good. 99% of people don’t want you to have it and will send you absolutely rank energy when you’re doing well, and will relish if you fail.
