FYI He’s a Tory Peer on a £7 million salary for a company who’s profit just jumped 10% in the last year, they can 100% offer more jobs and maintain current profit levels, they are choosing not because they want more profit, that’s it

I work in a hotel, I’m the youngest at 25, the next youngest is 35, the rest are more like 50-65. They’re all struggling to keep up with the demands of the jobs but they can’t get work anywhere else but that means there’s no upward movement in the companies. No one can get in if no one can get out.

Honestly man, retail would be fine for me. But the fact that most retailers don't offer full time jobs to avoid any additional taxes really puts a dampener in any form of motivation to work for them. I don't want two part time jobs, splitting my time.
