@rebeccathefitfairy: Can you see the difference?! Week 5 of doing the thunderstruck routine until I’m a DCC cheerleader!! Take this as your sign to work towards your goal by doing something that you love, NO MATTER WHAT anyone says. For me that’s dance/cheer. My biggest goal isn’t a “result”, it’s consistency. Showing up and doing this every week is the thing that really counts. Not so much the number on the scale. And yet showing up every week is exactly what drives my progress forward. The only thing I don’t like about this transformation is that it looks like I had way more energy in week 1 with my routine vs week 5. But I will be sure to fix that next week 💁🏼‍♀️✨
