I’m gonna say something controversial here. The flooring that is underneath the flooring she just ripped up as far superior. If you want to clean it, use an ammonia based product. It’ll shine bright like it’s new. There are waxes that you can put on it to protect it.

Nostalgic floor, reminds me of my grandparents’ linoleum kitchen floor in the house they built in the 70’s. Way way better than the stick-on wood pattern vinyl 😅
