Things I’ve done daily to help: - Focusing as much on fiber as protein - Magnesium citrate daily - Grass fed beef - High quality animal meat - Minimal over processed foods (central grocery store) - LOTS of fruits and veggies daily - No processed whey protein - Proper hydration
