You can hit your macros perfectly and still: • feel exhausted • crave sugar constantly • feel hungry an hour later • have zero meal structure Because protein products are meant to SUPPORT your nutrition… not replace real meals all day long. This is exactly why I don’t start most clients with macro tracking.
