@dalinghausconstruction: Last week we lifted this sinking Spring Valley home😎🤘🏽 After installing 15 vertical helical piles, Isaac and his crew were able to transfer the home’s load and during the process they were able to also lift and recover some of the settlement that had occurred. Over the years one side of this home had settled or sank a little over to inches, which doesn’t sound like much… but it was dropping the two inches over a span of about 7 feet.. which is pretty substantial! After the lifting process the crew hopped into the crawlspace to adjust the posts, pads, and beams. They also installed 4 helical tieback anchors near the vertical piles, which would help to address lateral movement.
