Doom slayer is a video game character without balanced background. If the Doom game developer want they can make him to be able to erase all existence with a fart. Warhammer 40k universe is primary based on books and carefully balanced rules. You just can't compare characters from games that are created to just kill everyone (Kratos, Doom Slayer, heroes from Diablo, etc) with characters from balanced universe like Warhammer 40k, Start wars etc.
