I do that sometimes “…and handsome!” but more because I’m uncomfortable with compliments. Or “What can I say? I’m a wonderful guy!” I guess to short circuit my own discomfort by making them laugh 💁♂️

Take a Stand-Speak Your Truth :
I’m a nurse. A bit baby faced. Often, when I would introduce myself to patients and family, they would remark on how young I looked. I remember once a senior patient said “My, my, they’re getting younger every year”. I replied “And better looking too”. They laughed and for years, it was my standard reply to say “well they hired me for my youth and good looks”. Sadly, I’ve noticed a severe dropoff on those comments lately.
