It’s a trauma response. As a child or adult you needed help at some point and didn’t get it. Triggering hyper independence in times you needed help. We thrive in a community, we need to have people step in when we can’t do something or just to hear us out. You’re healing because you’re brining it to light. Keep going girlfriend ❤️it’s not a problem, it just something that has happened to you 🥰
