i feel like taking warm shower is s myth bro i lowk think taking a cold one is better because i and i think most people fall asleep easier when they feel a bit cool thats why its easier to fall asleep in a cooler room and also it relaxes your muscles the only thing bad about it is that it does wake u up a bit
