All inclusive holidays show me what I’d love to eat everyday. It’s the only time I’m ever fully satisfied. Toast or cereal for breakfast and maybe a piece of fruit and orange juice and coffee. Lunch, I’m happy with a cheese and tomato toasty and a coke. Dinner just a normal dinner 🤷🏼‍♀️and then maybe to be cheeky a little bit of ice cream or chocolate. That’s it, that’s all I want!!!!! But I have to live skipping breakfast and usually lunch and then I can eat a normal dinner and maybe have a little chocolate. To lose weight I basically have to cut out everything 🙃
