Thank you, but when I talked about this with a British friend I met at the mosque, she asked me how I manage. I told her that since the university is 10 minutes from the mosque, I pray all my prayers at the mosque between my classes and then head home. She was so touched and said that in the end, this trial was actually a blessing — it pushes us to pray at the mosque, whereas she, since she can pray at work, doesn’t necessarily feel the need to seek out a nearby mosque. That really made me think, and it touched me deeply. In the end, behind every hardship there is good! Alhamdulillah and SubhanAllah!!

Im not gonna lie. In the uk when your work in posh areas or whatnot, it’s not easy too. You get 30 mins break sometimes and they tell you , yes you can pray but on your lunch break, so you’ve done 1 prayer and you still have to catch up…

What do you mean catch up on, akh? Like skipped intentionally or because of the French regulations and government making it hard for them to pray, they have to make it up at home? I’m confused 🧐

Bro dont normalize catching up prayers. Every prayed has to be done in its own time.

When I was in France the only time I prayed in public was on the train from the airport to the Pigalle to get to my hotel. Cause the asr time was about to go and I needed to pray urgently but it’s a shame that you can’t pray in public like you can here in the UK😕
