when I was pregnant.. nothing of it.. I ate a lot of a2 cheese from the Netherlands. Soo good! no histamine sensitivity/intolerance 😁😁😁
do you have information about cashew intolerance in your book? I have it too. ( like casein A1, gluten, and a lot of vegetables..like 🍆 or 🧅😭)

I have histamine intolerances but my symptoms are red flushed skin and extreme fatigue after eating certain high histamine foods. This only came about after getting the covid vaccines as it wrecked my immune system. 🤔🤔🤔

I really refuse to believe that 5-7 years is the marker. You can heal your gut lining with not only probiotics (histamine friendly onee in this case) along with L-glutamine and collagen. Also take Apple cider vinegar and organic lemon juice, this will help break down your foods. Why didn’t u mention these?
