It’s really cool no doubt the sad news is people don’t always remember that you still need to spend upwards of $150,000 or more to get it put on a piece of property with the foundation and water and sewer hook ups and electrical hook ups. None that’s other stuff is cheap these days.

Lots of upgrades there. According to the Clayton website the 119 doesn’t include appliances, AC , or any other upgrades. And the 119 is the price of the home. You gotta have land to put it on. I’d say closer to $150k
