@katiemortkaa: Banana Breakfast Cookies Ingredients: - 3 ripe bananas - 2 cups of rolled oats - 2 tbps ground flax seed - 2 tbps chia or basil seeds - 1/2 cup maple syrup - 1/2 cup nut butter (I used almond) - 1/4 cup chopped walnuts - About 5 dates cut into small chunks - Dash of cinnamon - Chocolate chips (measure with your heart) Instructions: 1. Start by pre heating your oven to 350 degrees 2. Mash your bananas in a bowl 3. Add in the rest of the ingredients, no particular order matters! 4. Mix everything together 5. Place on a parchment lined baking sheet 6. Bake for 15 minutes and let cool for 5 minutes before enjoying! 7. Your videos make me want to start eating better at work. I’m a nurse in a nursing home and I usually just eat so much junk during my shifts. I’m gonna try and do better!!!
