Sprinkle salt and coil fold multiple times until the dough feels smooth. 2. Cover and put it in the fridge until the next day. 3. The next day, let the dough sit at room temperature about 30–45 minutes. 4. On a floured surface, put your dough then fold it from the sides like shown in the video. Turn it, then divide it into 6 pieces. 5. Take each piece and close it very well, then place them on baking paper. Sprinkle some flour on top and cover for 20 minutes. 6. Score them and lightly brush with water. 7. the leave overnight isn’t necessary.. this person that’s making it is misinformed obviously… as long it rises 1-2 hrs it’s ready for bake. I’ve been making bread like this for 20 years and you can add 1 tbs of sugar so it activates the yeast and it rises faster., and don’t forget to add salt!!
