The minute I cut out processed food I noticed a change. No fizzy drinks or fast food. It’s not about eating less but eating healthier such as yogurt bowls, salads, eggs etc, hope this helps!

Everyone’s different but for me personally what helped was, avoiding processed foods, including things like sweet potato in my diet,bone broth and more veg! Not having too much dairy all at once+not rushing my food when eating!🫶🏻🫶🏻
