Strawberry Mascarpone French Toast 🍓 Recipe 8 oz mascarpone, room temp 4 oz ricotta, room temp 1 3/4 cup powdered sugar 1/2 tsp salt 1 cup strawberries (plus more for serving) 7-8 large croissants 4 large eggs 1 cup whole milk 1/2 cup granulated sugar 2 teaspoon vanilla extract In a bowl, whisk mascarpone, ricotta, powdered sugar, and salt. Preheat the oven to 375° Fahrenheit. Bake, covered with aluminum foil for 25 minutes.
