I usually use a hammer to crush the beads on the seam allowance, this gets rid of the beads without disturbing the stitches they used because they tend to have a continuous stitch which may affect the other beads if your cutting them off. please do try crushing the beads next time and maybe there will be no more unwanted fall out🥹

Here’s a trick I learned working in the industry for a few fashion houses: add a little clear nail polish just past your seam allowance. So if you’re sewing at 1/2”, go slightly past that so the beads outside the allowance stay secure and don’t fall off. It also makes bead removal a lot faster if you’re doing it by hand.
