I had sleep apnea, removed my tonsils and it lowered enough to stop wearing a mask, and go with a sleep position trainer. I only have it on my back anymore. Ever tried to look into that? 😁

You don’t even have to snore to have sleep apnea! I don’t snore at all and have moderate to severe apnea!
