i wfh for a commercial insurance company in presales. 60+ calls/day but calls are 2 mins or less. I take basic info down and connect to the right dept. I have a 1 year old and been working here since pregnancy. Very doable but can be stressful as youre working 2 full time jobs technically. But if youre looking for something easy going that will not keep you glued to the phone and have time between calls for baby then this is an option.

I could never do remote. As much of an introvert as I am, I NEED the mixture of physical stimulation as much as mental. I can’t sit for my work all day, I need to walk around and actually physically take care of things
