I used to have hair down to my butt! Roll the hair up into a bun (you don’t have to secure the bun), put it in the hair pocket, then but your cap on your head! That’s the easiest way I had found to do it! And I tied them the same way! Cross under, then tie! Also that scrub cap is so cute!!

Putting a loose braid in the back is smart. I hate having to wrap my hair up in a bun and then the way it looks when I take my cap off at the end of the day.

i have this scrub cap, i work in the OR and I love it. Honestly love scrub caps, your hair can look like crap and no one would even know lollll. The satin inside is soooo nice.

maybe after you put your hair in the braid use that braid and put your hair in a bun and then put your scrub cap on and it probably fit a little bit easier and so your hair is not so tight you could do a loose bun because your cap is going to hold your hair in
