hahaha that’s not what they mean!! they don’t mean the water is dirty, swamp coolers are units that make it “cooler” by evaporation, they’re saying this is more like a swamp cooler than an air conditioning unit, AC units use chemical to remove the actual heat from the room, that’s how it lowers the temperature!!
